I don't think its a banquet room but, they have 2 big areas to eat. The food is awesome, homemade, n fresh too!!
If 6 or less you don't need one. Just walk in...
They do have carry out and their food is great!
Great food feels close to authentic Mexican cuisine. The beef tip taco bowl is a must try .
I have been going to this location for years. The restaurant became a Aberdeen staple very quickly and loved by the community. However in the last year or so the quality and taste of the food has been in rapid decline. In particular, one of my favorites, the steak fajitas has become tasteless and what used to be good cuts of steak is now like dry shoe leather. The quality of the service has also been in decline. Long wait times in an empty restaurant and sometimes lagging service to the point of being considered rude. I'm afraid that I will have to discontinue my patronage to this restaurant. I am sorry I had to say this about a restaurant that I once loved so much.
Food is decent as I remember but the atmosphere was poor. My booth seat was split and looking around so were several others. Chairs were scratched up and dirty, there was no music playing and TVs were just displaying a floating direct TV logo.
Only good local restaurant in Aberdeen. Everywhere else disappoints but La Tolteca is consistently tasty and service is usually good.
This was some of the best Mexican food I've had. The food was original as compared to most Mexican restaurants. I had a delicious chicken salad and margarita. We also got the cheese dip. Everything was fabulous. The service was great and accommodated our two young children. The food came quickly and our server didn't bat an eye at our numerous requests. I wish this place was closer to home.
Great food, friendly service, and good margaritas. I got the Arroz con Pollo and my kid got a taco with rice and beans. He barely finished the taco so we had plenty of food to take home. Bottomless chips and salsa are also a plus.
THE WORST PLACE EVER! Go churchville location instead. We had a take out, and they charged us $3.99 for a bag of chips for the Queso Dip that we ordered. We got 6 entrees and 2 appetltizers, and they would NOT give us Salsa or hot sauce. THEY ARE RIP OFFS and rude af! Just please drive 8 more minutes and GO TO THE CHURCHVILLE LOCATION!
Bit different than Chicago versions but tasty.
Tamales weren't available tonight and servers seemed to be short-handed. Service was lacking and definitely slower than usual. Overall though our group of five enjoyed our meals and we will back again.
The food is pretty good, and very basic. I had beef enchilada, rice, and beans. My frozen margarita was expensive ($9] and really not that good.
A bit disorganized at the front. Reasonable prices. Generous portions. They kept the chips and salsa coming. I had the Gordo Burrito and it was heavenly!! Hot juicy and delicious! Could only finish half of it. And washed it down with a 22 oz Dos Equis.
Amazing authentic Mexican food. Staff is always friendly and always have a great time here!
Food was pretty good, had a quesadilla ranchera with steak and it came out well-seasoned and as melt-y and gooey as a quesadilla should. Service was friendly and relatively prompt. Just a quick word of caution, servers looked to be hit or miss with keeping COVID social distancing measures in place. This location is still using reusable menus instead of the now common disposable menus, just doesn't look like the precautions are being taken too seriously overall. Again, food and service were great. Will definitely come again but likely a little more cautiously.
La Tolteca in Aberdeen always has great food, the restaurant is clean and the service is great. Prices are reasonable. There is plenty to choose from on the menu, I've never been disappointed after eating at La Tolteca. The restaurant is pretty laid back, there are TV's throughout, but they're not to loud. There is a bar seating area. La Tolteca is a great place to eat!
Quality of food has gone downhill. Used to go at minimum of once a week before covid. Understand menu change due to covid but chips were stale when they usually are fresh. I got the Texas fajitas and meat was drier than the Sahara desert. Beans and rive tasted lake they had been in warmer for hours and were dried out. Before beans used to be a little runny and hot today they were the consistency of refried beans out of a can before you heat them. Even though there weren't many people in building and lots of waitstaff were standing around server was slow and we barely saw her. Used to love going here but at this point I won't be returning to this location as this is not the first time food or service has been like this.
Festive atmosphere, great service, and delicious food!!
Top notch service tonight! Food was absolutely delicious, the chips and white sauce stayed filled on the table and drinks never went empty. Date night was a success! Thanks Dave and team!!!
Great mexican restaurant. Friendly service.
Good service and great food.
Fast service, kind, efficient staff, awesome food. Would definitely recommend.
It's like somebody decided to make Mexican food using inexpensive Italian ingredients. Nice atmosphere but the food is among the worst I've ever had. Waste of money
Authentic food.the best around .only other place would be in Lancaster, Pa.
Good Mexican style food at this La Tolteca location, and pretty much the food all tastes the same no matter where we go. The table side guacamole is nice, and the wait staff are super friendly. Food arrived very quickly. Not the cleanest restaurant we’ve ever been been in.
We had a nice time with friends we hadnt seen in awhile. Our waitress could not have been nicer
We were warned the servings were large... so we split the four-taquito plate and it was perfect. Nice atmosphere, colorful furniture, good value.
This spot has great service as well as delicious food. One of my favourite spots in the city. The drinks and food served quick and the rates are inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
Skinny magaritas are the best deal in town. Good is always solid, hot, accurate, and consistent. Friendly service.
Excels at mediocrity. Great happy hour deals on margaritas, which were good, but the food itself was unimpressive. Cooked well, just had a bland flavor, and when I think Mexican food I think adequate spice and pop. This didn't have that. Not worth going out for unless you're doing it to hang out with friends or watch a game. There are better spots to do that though.
Amezing food, fast service. The waiters even change the TV channel to accommodate my son that is amazing.
I just stopped by La Tolteca and Dave the owner came over to serve me and my girlfriend and I asked him what is his favorite item on the menu to give me an idea of something to eat. Instead of recommending something, he asked me what do I like and he went back to the kitchen and made me the best burrito dish I ever had in my life. Thanks Dave and team for your first class service.
Just finished dinner here...excellent! Had fresh guacamole dip made in front of us, and my wife and I shared a chicken fajita meal...everything tasted great! Fernando was first rate - highly recommend you ask to be seated at his station if you visit.
Yummy food! Neat place. Glad we found it. The wait staff was great, prices are reasonable and bathrooms were clean.
Awesome authentic food! Will definitely be back!
Amazing food! The shrimp burrito is so delicious!
Yummy mexican food. Good menu variety; Many options: chicken, beef, steak, shrimp, crab, & Vegetarian. Nice presentation, & excellent service- seated at bar.
One of the better ones in harford county. The food comes out quick and about the same each time. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.
Portions smaller since they have been on carry-out only. Had the carnitas meal. Pork very dry and overcooked. Quality is declining.
We had a very good meal here. The food and service were both great. The fresh chips and salsa cruda were fabulous. The table-side prepared guacamole was fantastic. The rest of the food was also very good. Recommend!
One of my favorite places to eat, always consistent with both quality and quantity of food, even the kids menu is great and a large portion. You get your moneys worth, there's no way you will leave hungry. Their salsa is the absolute best, hint of a kick without overpowering the flavor. The food is always fresh and served with great service, and everyone is friendly. The seasoning they use on their meat is awesome, and perfectly cooked. Mexican beer on draft that pairs great with your meal or even the best margaritas in the area.
Quick service, authentic and delicious cuisine. This place is 'in town' so we'd probably go anyway but the thing is, this place is a tiny (3 location I think) chain, and it's REAL good.
I used to love coming to this place until yesterday, my kids food had mold on it. So, I had to drive to get the order fixed. While I waited in the lobby the guy was a great help that wasn’t the problem. The problem was while standing there the guy at the cash register was very disrespectful to an elderly guy picking up his food. His mask wasn’t properly placed on. The elderly guy who is more vulnerable and at risk asked him to cover his nose while he was there. Instead the guy ignored him and was laughing at him. Learn Empathy and that the virus is real, just disgusted!
The was good and the staff was nice. Cant say good things about decor and vibe but if you are interested only for the food then this is a good place to stop by. We were driving through and wanted to eat some Mexican food on the way. Looking in the map how close this was to the interstate highways made a no brainers for us. We tried tacos and taco salad bowl. Both were good. Though the A.C was on full blast and it was chilly inside I was satisfied with the food.
Outstanding service n enjoyed the outdoor seating.
The guacamole made tableside is absolutely delicious! The meals were good but not as fresh tasting as we would have liked. The entrees were a bit salty but tasty. The service was very good. Had not heard of this restaurant chain. We are from out of state.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go there. The food is tasteless and has hair in it. The stuff is disrespectful and couldn’t care more for their customers. Go to the churchville location, this one is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
The food was dry, cold, old, and flavorless. Their location in Bel Air is much better. I do not understand how they have customers. Seriously it is really substandard.
Very nice service, tasty food, and huge portions. Margaritas and sangria are delicious.
Good Mexican restaurant, Had great fun.
Great food and great service.
The food is pretty good but more often than not the order was wrong. Also the prices increase after 3 even thogh its the exact same item. Go to Super Campos. It's better food, cheaper prices, and better service half a mile away.
